What kind of payment terms can be accepted?
Our payment methods are diverse, including T/T, L/C, and cash. In our credit system, trusted customers may have a partial credit guarantee limit, which is built on the foundation of long-term cooperation.
What is the ordering process?
1) Choose your favorite car and confirm the price and delivery terms with our sales department.
2) Prepare a Proforma Invoice with bank details.
3) Pay the deposit or open a letter of credit.
4) After the deposit payment is confirmed, we will prepare the vehicle according to the contract terms.
5) The balance has to be paid before the goods are out of warehouse.
What are your support policies for overseas dealers?
We provide support in many aspects, including credit systems, co-developing overseas warehouse marketing, promotions, product development/improvement, service training, advertising, etc.
How can I contact for urgent inquiries?
You can contact us online. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00. During working hours, we respond within ten minutes. Outside these hours, response times may vary, but feel free to reach out anytime for urgent needs.
How long is your delivery time?
In areas covered by our overseas warehouses, you can pick up the car directly. If you are outside the coverage of our warehouses, it usually takes 15-20 days to arrange transportation.
What is the typical shipping method?
We utilize professional shipping methods including container loading, Ro-Ro ships, or land transport depending on the destination and customer demand to ensure vehicle safety.
