All drag chains used in the vehicle-specific pipeline conveying system are imported brands, ensuring high reliability. During product development, methods such as structural safety verification, stability analysis, and reliability validation were employed. Within the operational range, the product demonstrates stable and reliable performance. Prior to shipment, in addition to overload testing, dynamic load testing at 1.25 times the rated load and static load testing at 1.5 times the rated load were conducted.
All critical structural components have undergone tens of thousands of fatigue cycle tests and destructive tests to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment. The vehicle is equipped with comprehensive safety devices, including cylinder anti-retraction devices, outrigger anti-retraction devices, interlocking devices between the upper and lower vehicles, emergency stop devices, soft leg protection devices, limit speed reduction, and emergency manual operation systems.

Normally, we accept a 30% deposit via TT to initiate production, with the remaining 70% balance due via TT before shipping. Other terms can be discussed based on specific requirements.
