For new vehicles, our standard MOQ is 1 Pcs. For specific high-demand models, we can sometimes accommodate smaller orders. For used vehicles and auto parts, MOQs are more flexible.
2. What certifications and quality guarantees do you provide?
We operate with full international trade compliance. All vehicles are supplied with original Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin (MCO/MSO), commercial invoice, and bill of lading. We provide transparent pre-delivery inspection (PDI) reports.
3. How do you handle shipping and logistics?
We are experts in global automotive logistics. We offer comprehensive FOB, CIF, or CFR terms from major ports. We handle all export documentation, customs clearance, and can arrange door-to-door shipping upon request.
4. Can you source specific car models or configurations not listed?
Absolutely. As a large automotive group, we have direct access to a wide network covering most major brands. Please specify your requirements (make, model, year, trim, LHD/RHD), and we will source it for you.
5. Do you support customization or OEM services?
Yes. We offer vehicle customization (paint, interior, accessories), fleet branding, and OEM/ODM for auto parts. We can also supply vehicles in SKD/CKD condition.
6. How do I track my order?
Once the shipment is dispatched, we provide real-time tracking updates and all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth transition through customs to your final destination.
